story
brazil oberon is a reflection of what we love about cerrado, one of brazil’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Sourced from dedicated farmers across minas gerais, this 100% cerrado blend is all about balance and consistency—a coffee that delivers the same creamy body, sweet chocolate undertones, and bright citrus notes, year after year.
the cerrado region is uniquely suited for coffee production. its stable climate and rolling altitudes (900-1,250m) give farmers the climate predictability they need to focus on quality. with uniform rainfall and temperatures averaging 68°F, producers can fine-tune their harvests for precision, ensuring that each lot contributes to a beautifully smooth and structured cup.
at the heart of oberon’s excellence is the longstanding partnership with stockler, the sister export company in brazil. working closely with farmers—many of whom operate within large cooperatives—stockler emphasizes traceability and quality improvement, ensuring that the best lots make it into oberon. the producers here are not only highly skilled but also technologically advanced, using state-of-the-art harvesting techniques to pick beans at peak ripeness. while the contributing farms may change each season, the cup profile remains delicious and dependable.
